We know you will love the process and your vehicle; however, if for some reason you do not, we will exchange it for a different one. (1) 

Today when you are out and about, Heiser wants you and your loved ones to arrive home Safe & Sound. That is why we are including Roadside Assistance for LIFE! Yes, travel stress-free for the life of your Heiser vehicle. That is 24/7, 365 days a year! (2) 

Dents can happen. Heiser will cover two dime-sized dents during your first 12 months of ownership. Just another way to keep you stress-free. (3)

All new Vehicles will receive Nitrogen-filled tires. Tires will last longer, fuel efficiency or MPG will increase, a safer ride and you will help save the environment! (4) 

When it is time to maintain your vehicle, it is hassle-free at Heiser. Set your appointment up in advance and Heiser will pick up your vehicle and deliver it back to you once completed. Courtesy transportation or loaner vehicles are available! Just let us know when you set up your appointment. That way, service work will never slow you down. (5)

(1) Customer may return a vehicle to the selling dealer (Heiser) in exchange for another new or pre-owned vehicle within the first 3 business days or 150-miles, whichever comes first. Customer will receive credit for any down payment, additional products purchased for vehicle, agreed upon trade-in value and any amounts paid toward the principal balance/capitalized cost of the finance agreement. (2) This program is exclusive through Heiser Automotive Group and is valid for the life of the Heiser vehicle. Customer is allowed 3 emergency roadside assistance & towing service per calendar year, up to $75 per event. (3) Paintless dent removal includes 2 dime-sized dents during the first 12 months of ownership. Call for available appointments. Appointment must be scheduled in advance.
